The clinic books a single surgical case per operating day, which is why dates are limited and why your date is genuinely yours.

Pre-operative instructions
Sent as soon as the date is confirmed so medication changes can start on time.
Changes and cancellations

More than 14 days notice
Reschedule once at no charge; the deposit carries to the new date.

Within 14 days
The deposit is forfeited, because the operating day cannot be refilled at short notice.

Medical cancellation
If we postpone for clinical reasons, the deposit carries over in full.

Arriving unprepared
Surgery may be postponed if pre-operative instructions were not followed — this is a safety call, not a penalty.
