Dr. Chang has practised hair restoration and nothing else for more than three decades. His work on donor closure and graft survival became the FUT 2.0 technique and the HUMS healing protocol used at the clinic, and he has presented on density planning, painless anaesthesia and advanced harvesting at ten annual meetings of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery.

He performs every surgery personally, from donor harvest through the final placed graft.

Graft survival is decided in the hours between harvest and placement, and that work belongs to the technical team: dissecting under stereo microscopes, sorting by follicular grouping, and keeping tissue cool and hydrated throughout. The same long-tenured team works every case.

The coordinators handle scheduling, pre-operative instructions, financing paperwork and the follow-up calendar through the first year. They are the people you reach when something comes up at week two and you want an answer that day.
